A standard consultation with Dr. Klok is an important first step toward understanding your options and creating a personalized surgical plan. There is a fee for the consultation.​  To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Please note that Dr. Klok can only provide care to Canadian residents.

Quotes for Surgery

You will receive a detailed surgical quote following your consultation with Dr. Klok. All quotes are personalized based on your individual needs and are valid for six months from the date issued. Because each patient is unique, an in-person consultation is required to assess the complexity of your case and the time needed to safely and effectively perform your procedure.

Your quote will include all applicable costs, such as surgical facility fees, nursing and anesthesia fees, overnight stay (if required), and Dr. Klok’s surgical fee, including post-operative follow-up care.
